BSJZ Double Straight-line Glass Edging Machine Production Line is composed of two Edging Machines, one Turning Table and one Washing & Drying Machine. The wheels number is optional due to the demand (like polishing effect, safe corner, etc.). The 90°Turning Table changes the processing direction by the belt steering mechanism.

BSJZ series Glass Double-edging Machine for straight edge is designed to grind the two parallel edges and arris edges of flat glasses. The grinding, polishing and safe-corner-cutting can be completed in one process. Benefit from its elevator mechanism and Jaw-opening mechanism, it could process glasses ranging from 3mm to 25mm in thickness and from 80mm to 4500mm in width. The water-proof HMI with large screen makes it easy to operate.

The BSJ Washing & Drying machine series ( BSJQ2500 for example ) is designed for the washing and drying of flat glass including float glass, coated glass and low-e glass, etc. The machine is composed of transferring system, washing system, drying system, escalating system and control center, providing you a perfect washing effect.

Q800 & Q1200 Washing & Drying Machine
Compared with the normal specification (such as Q2500), small washing & drying machines basically has the same function. But they adopt 4 pairs of brushes (one pair more than normal specification), and replace the fan device with 3 pairs of absorbent rollers.
